IPOH 19 March - Perak recorded an improvement in its STPM results for year 2013.
State deputy education director Mohd Idris Mohd Ramli said of the 5,276 students who sat for the exam last year, 5,125 obtained full pass.
"This is an improvement of 2.13 per cent compared to 2012 where Perak achieved 95.01 per cent," he said here today.
He added this was the highest percentage passes since 2008.
